Activities:
Data collection of all 77 districts of Nepal was stratified into high, moderate, low, and no VL risk districts. Last five years, data was used for stratification. Sandfly vector information was collected from available sources and was used to complement VL disease update and VL risk status in the district and below. Kala-azar cases in last five years. Data management and analysis, case distribution (high, moderate, low and no VL risk) show in the map. Sharing with WHO/EDCD experts, report preparation and dissemination of the findings.
