Proposal development; co-ordination with Department of Health Services, Department of Education and School Health and Nutrition Project, JICA; tools development; orientation of supervisors; data collection from fifteen districts covering three ecological and five administrative regions; data management and analysis; implementation of research; report preparation and dissemination of the findings.
