Proposal development, training of supervisors and enumerators on questionnaire, laboratory test of haemoglobin using HemoCue system, use of GPS, anthropometric measurements, implementation of research, data collection in the field, supervision of data collection, data management and analysis, report preparation and dissemination of the findings.
